Thanks for posting the landmine videos. I hurt my neck in the Army. So I’m looking for alternatives to workout again. Just ordered a landmine setup. I will most likely be doing a lot of landmine exercises. Also making my own cement weights to lift with. Ordered a mold online to make them.
