I am just curious as we have been driving for around the same amount of time and somebody wrote my car off and when renewing insurance I managed to get a quote for £105 a month with Hastings gold through compare the market. This is my second insurance policy as my car had been written off- how on earth have been paying £300 a month for car insurance. Again not trying to be rude, just curious.

I am happy that you are obviously enjoying your Elite, i have one and they are great little motors, but a word of free advice based on 70 years of driving all over the world, I would always recommend that you get a full-size spare wheel rather than that useless inflation kit which will not repair any sidewall puncture and will mess up your tyre for normal punctures. You can get one, with tools for around £130, and like insurance, it is a high cost in your hard-earned cash until you need it, when suddenly it becomes a great buy. For the Author, rather than change your wheels, which does nothing to improve the car's performance, get a spare because one day, someday, usually at the wrong time, you will need it. enjoy

At the benton branch in Newcastle there's 2 guys there one called James and another Andrew Jackson, and they are criminals who lie everytime they open their mouths and they've scammed me and probably other couriers there out of thousands of pounds, and they kept a bat under the desk to sutle warn people off about getting paid what their owed, they literally run this company the same way a slave ship is run, lie to you, manipulate you, scam you, spy on you etc etc its a complete criminal enterprise run by crooks who should all be in prison along with the rest of the greedy psychopaths running the world right now 🤔😉😎

It's effectively contracted slavery. Took my mate 6 hours to deliver 50 parcels. He got paid 0.60p per parcel, so about £30. That's £5 an hour. He then had to put £20 to fill up his petrol. So walked away with a tenner. Wear and tear on the vehicle. Lots of stress and time wasted going in circles. I can see why couriers don't knock on doors now. If couriers are hitting their targets of usually 100 parcels per round, it's guaranteed that they're not delivering with care and I can 100% see why. I'm never going to complain about a courier anymore after knowing the internal details.

With mine i have issues with the infotainment system showing a black screen quite often, the plastic panelling coming away around the console and rear boot and front seats are very uncomfortable on a long drive. You can feel the metal frame digging into your bum. The Car itself however does drive very well.

Love working for evri mainly I'm making a fortune but I do around 170 drops a day and 5 star rated love it. Not for everyone tho

They are a blight and legitimately put me off ordering online, I rather go to a shop these days because you never know upfront who is going to be delivering your stuff. I literally recoil in horror when I order from an online retailer and I get the email "Your Parcel is with Evri" - I have NEVER had a single positive experience with them and it boggles my mind why anybody still uses them. Even the most severe of bean counters can see the false economy. Retailers should be required to be up front about who they use so consumers can make an informed decision. Evri is a company of thieves.

My dad works for Evri 6 mornings a week him and my mum get up at 4 am and have to be at the depot for 5 am. To sort the parcels they don't get payed for it. He gets payed 90p per parcel worst company to work for. In march he got new manger field called Chris mcmallon he is from east Belfast and is not a nice person.

I remember working for Hermes (when it was that name) just for one day and oh my it was absolutely ridiculous I didn't even get a break in 10 hours and ended up getting roughly 20£ a day?? And yes you have to take your petrol out of that 😂 if u have a huge van that's the only way it's worth it

Sounds like your manager is more interested in hitting on you than actually trying to do his job and make sure you get paid and getting parcels delivered, jeez no wonder I'm still waiting for my Evri parcel from home bargains which was dispatched on the 1st of September, wish home bargains would of chosen DPD or DHL instead.
