I bought a wemax advanced in 12/23 directly to the wemax wear housse in germany It stoped working in 01/24 after four use since then i have send 6 message to the service client and NEVER had a reply , by mail or phone You can’t contact anybody When you have probleme its a ghost company I am sadly sure that nobody will contact me !!!

WeMax is a scam don't work with them Una is the worst of them all she lied to us about working together, we did the work and she them cancelled the deal, Not to be trusted.

Definitely adding a 1/4 inch screw on the bottom would help.Added an arca swiss plate to mine attaching it with 3M VHB tape so i can mount it on a tripod not necessarily on a tabletop.

This video provides an overview but it is quite complicated than what you see in the video. We followed the instructions in the manual but found it hard to assemble. It was extremely hard to place the outer frame on the inner frame easily
