Yesterday, we came together to honor the life and legacy of Pastor William Thomas Curran. Through the beautiful tributes from all the speakers, powerful moments of reflection, and the unwavering support of our Maranatha family, we celebrated the life of a truly remarkable man.✝️
Our spiritual dad, Pastor Curran, had both a good heart and a wise mind🤞🏽a combination that made him an extraordinary leader and servant of God.
He has fought the good fight, finished his race, and kept the faith. While we wished he could stay with us a little longer, God had other plans. Pastor Curran fulfilled his calling, and his assignment is complete. 🕯
Our First Lady, Desire Curran, mentioned something very profound at the funeral...she told us that our late pastor left us with a good toolbox to continue this ministry. One of the things that also stood out was when she mentioned that we need to see Pastor Curran’s qualities reflected in our leaders and pastors. The responsibility is great, but with the tools he provided, we are committed to carrying forward the work of the Lord. 👏🏽
Let us follow his example by being servants of the living God, faithfully answering His call and serving others with love and dedication, just as Pastor Curran did.☝🏽
