So sorry to hear Pete’s health hasn’t been too good. Hope he is feeling better by now. Missed your cheery adventures. Hope you are able to get back on track soon. ❤

Hi Pete, You are a bit older than me, but not by much. I have been following you are would like to give a little advice to improve your health, which is is based on my own experience following a heart attack I had five years ago. For most of that time I have had other problems and have tried many things and apart from the exercise I take, nothing worked. Then about 4 months ago I started heading towards a carnivore diet and am gradually eating more and more meat, more eggs, bacon, butter, cheese and have noticed a big improvement. Watch some videos on "keto" and "carnivore diets", the cholesterol part is not an issue as 90% of you cholesterol is made by the body. Carbs, starch and sugar are the problem mate, along with seed oils and other heavily processed foods. Shel will lose weight too, if she does the same. Good luck the both of you. We don't eat out much, but like my missus Shel can cook well.

I've just spent a month there and didn't get bored, it's a wonderful city. Downside, no sea, no river and one week was 37/38c. Upside, €4:50 return on the train to the coast where it's 10c cooler. 👍

Cor that was a close shave, Trevor and Pat (Life on the Run) have had a similar incident with an idiot driver. They have had their van written off. Trevor needed to be cut out. Luckily they have no serious injuries. But it’s all the consequences that may alter there way of life. Those caves were far more impressive than what I went down to in Cheddar years ago. Oh…..that chocolate shop, heaven. Another super video today folks. See you next week.
