Your statement regarding fraud is absolutely false. Just because someone is good in fraud does not mean that they have the potential to be a good businessman. Aslo, the sole reason why fraud is on the horizon is that if the person gets caught they will get a slap on the wrist, in comparison to drug trafficking. What needs to happen to stop this nonsense is to increase the time sentencing of fraud. In addition, the fraud industry has a low barrier to entry. These young guys can go on hacker forums and the dark web and buy cheap credit cards and bank accounts. Also, you don't have to be a tech savvy guy to learn the methods. Untill the government opposes strict rules and regulations on fraud this will continue .
