What profound views from Professor Harari. Loved it when he talks about Breathing as a Ritual, could have never looked at it like that 😅. And extremely eloquent and articulate Directors who introduced him in the beginning as well as moderated. Shows the beauty of the Bhutanese culture of respect and kindness. Brilliant!

Let's not listen to this man, a WEF frontman and a very dystopian individual. We, as an awakened society, will decide how to heal this planet and what path to take for our wellbeing. I've listened to this guy enough to know where he is bridging us to in his mouthy intellectualisms. Bhutan should look to its rich Buddhist wisdom traditions for insights and strength.

You cannot ignore the history of american imperialism for the past 70 years. It outdos what Russia has done many fold. They pulverised many countries without declaring war, committed human rights abuses, committed genocide and tried to force 'democracy' on weak 3rd world countries. Democracy is a dagger used by US frequently to take out countries and leaders whom US dislikes. US is bent on maintaining its hegemony at all costs. If you don't take orders from US, then you become an enemy. This is the mafiaism that US practises. Unfortunately China refuses to take orders from US and hence has ended up the way it is. You cannot be pragmatic if you have US breathing fire down your neck and threatening you with sanctions and regime change. Just ask the Africans and Asians. The solution to the world's geopolitical problems can be solved overnight if US just gives up threatening other countries with the dagger of democracy and human rights and learn to live with other nations big or small, with different political and social systems. The world is big enough for everyone.

Regarding Ukraine - most people don't seem to get it - the West is mental. The main reason for war is - US wanted to drag Russia into war in Ukr (in 2014), they wanted to weaken Russia, break her up !

Learn from Vietnam. They have a strong enough military to deter China from invading, but they also do enough to reassure China that they are not a threat. So they've found a way to peacefully coexist with China without being a Chinese vassal state.
