What was your idea? Because I had an idea of separating the clit head into sections and opening it up slightly more, then using some skin grafts to fill in those spots that were open so girth is more achieved at the head of the penis and then combining centurion metoidioplasty to add even more girth at the mid and base and then urethralpasty. So metoidioplasty, but more steps if that even makes sense or is easy to picture. Another idea i thought of was using a bigger graft from the mouth or inside of the vagina to use to add more girth to metoidioplasty and to make it feel or look more like a cis penis if that makes sense or if it would even come out looking that way, like more veiny etc. I know the mouth graft is for the urethra but using it for the shaft as well may give it more of a manly appearance idfk, another idea that I was planning on asking my future bottom surgery surgeon, was to do in between phallo and meta by using the arm graft, but making it 3-4 inches, but the girth of a t penis from bottom growth. I'm intergender, by the way, and I keep switching between metoidioplasty and phalloplasty, but these are all my ideas I thought of.
