What core length would you recommend to make a 35 in sword?

Just used this to make a fitted round shield cover and it worked perfect! Started a new freehold and am using this to teach new folks!

If i were to make one again i would use rubber chair leg caps for caping the core, there are two types ones that go on the outside or inserts

This is cool but seeing as warlord sports is gone smiling foam works is another good option

I love this tutorial, but the word is "longevity."

That was witchcraft. I didn't expect just pinching in the top like that and sewing a straight line would work but it did! Mine isn't all that pretty but they're almost as good as the tops I have been making. How about a tutorial for a circular disc stitch?

My guy I appreciate the tutorial however, you made the hardest part impossible to see and unclear haha. I can sow a straight line and tape a handle. But you should have gone over the top more
