Expensive, crowded, crazy traffic, ridiculous taxes, you can’t pump your own gas, attitude really rude. Weather is a consideration, humidity in summer is high, expect icy roads and people who don’t know how to drive in icy conditions. No new jobs in Monmouth county because of low corporate growth.

Good, thank God somebody's got common sense. They should ban them nationwide. Here in DC in Maryland Asians and East Indians will rent a home and use it for Airbnb in the African American community and they will be the most unsafe piece of crap you ever want to rent. Because they know about people's ignorance they put people in arms way of perishing in the event of a fire. They don't care. They should be banned throughout America. And Prince George County Maryland when they're supposed to get a license and they don't, they just start talking in broken English and act like they don't understand. These are the people that are screwing it for airbnbs. It is a lucrative great way to make extra money but you have foreigners coming here screwing it up for good law abiding Americans. If the Airbnb loses its industry it's their fault for not being more proactive. It's not hard, they just have to exercise a little due diligence.

Have you ever heard how large corporations will get their best players into a big house? They do this because it locks them into the corporation. The more bills they have, the more difficult it is for them to leave. This is true; this happens. Disney does this with their managers. (I know, I worked there.) It's all about money, money, money!

People seriously need to learn to just be their own clientele. The market may be overpriced but the range I'd put my properties for sale would be from below the $200k to the $200k range.

I grew up in Monmouth County but moved to Florida decades ago. I love coming up to visit for a weekend, but I can't imagine living there again. Taxes are obscene. Property taxes plus state income tax would cost me an extra $30k a year with same salary and house value. That's bonkers.
