Btw you do not need to beat the game I just started a new game and got to the flooded city in about 3 to 5 hours and I’m already at the dlc all you need to do is wait for the email then go to talk to the guy and boom dlc in only 3 to 5 hours with no beating the game

If this helps anyone. I bought the GOTY edition on the PSN, and I "ASSUMED" when you download the game, it downloads the add-ons as well. Welp this "one" rime that I buy a GOTY or deluxe version of a game it did not do that. Theeeennn I saw read somewhere that in order to unlock the DLC, you have to beat the game three times. So...I did that and nothing. Saw this video, and still nothing. So I checked to make sure that I even bought the GOTY edition and well whataknow...."NONE" of the add-ons downloaded. I think this was done on purpose, but whatever, lol. Again, if this helps anyone, just check the game in your Library and go to add-ons to make sure they are downloaded. Hope this helps.
