its opposite in poe 2 you scale converted dmg not dmg you convert so flats are elemental but increases are chaos

chaotic freeze works with spells only so invoker would be better choice with his elemental invocation you could try something like that

@@Lutnar I was thinking using contagion and then tempest flurry+ original sin does chaos dmg to it so it also freezes

@@SG-qi5jg but contaigon is dot so it doesnt work bcs chaotic freeze only works with hit spells

yeah you lose poison dmg but from my experience you get more dmg with crit setup and poison is just harder to scale compared to this in my opinion and yeah crazy that original sin is like 1-2 div now

no need for freeze then you deal over twice amount of dmg and you can add freeze to this build just add cold infusion and essence of mountain node that way you have 30% extra cold and you can freeze enemies

diablo 2 was my first game I ever played and its still the best in my heart

this build leans more towards bossing but mapping is like 7/10 smooth with galvanic shards then you have a lot of mobs around you its 10/10 problems happen then you have one mob only to target so galvanic shards dont chain and dont proc herald of thunder and yes patch changed nothing to this build it still rocks

@@SergeyShi-q6z yeah I will sadly or not I will say this build is no longer worked upon by me bcs I wanted to create something diff with chrono and its not possbile for now so I'm in making of something better still happy that build was interesting let me know if you want some tips on how to scale it bcs its very easy

@@Lutnar ohhh yeah, it seems like it would also work great with the instant mana/energy shield leech acolytes get on ascendency passive

@@Poizik you would need phys dmg for that so base weapon would propably change or get some flats from rings and gloves to achieve that
