Turn all of your setting down like texture quality and resolution then turn your fps to 30 then turn ragdolls off then if you are still crashing turn your 3d geometry details Small, mid, and large to low or high or Maybe in the middle it's not avoid spamming the slide button to much avoid ziplines and jump pads(mostly) avoid going into the gas and avoid using snipers.
