Team Central Wrestling Club is dedicated to long term athletic development. We have a 3 level approach to teaching athlete's the sport of wrestling. Sports psychology is utilized in our teachings and we want to make sure the athlete's have an above average understanding of the mental aspects of the sport. Our goal is to develop wrestlers so that if they choose, they may continue wrestling at the collegiate level. Creating opportunity for young athlete's to better themselves and to have doors opened for them truly is our passion.
