If the data is absolutely important, and when you require snapshot with nfs, , for 3 to 5 node proxmox cluster, I will suggest Lanbit cluster of 3 nodes. You get best of everything. A true HA, snapshot, and NFS. 2. You can also use a dedicated node with zfs file system with nfs server installed it. 3. Ceph is no go simply because, anything less than 25 gbs network, it hardly gives any performance. 4. One should also avoid iScsi or Synology because of obvious reasons.
