They adopt all the bad habits from Africa also. Examples: bleaching, scamming. Africa has many good cultural and family practices they could adopt but instead, they found these two negative things to adopt.

Very good Island View! But you need to adjust the Drone Camera a little bit brighter! And you need to turn your back against the sun when you are shutting a film with any Camera or a Drone!!!😒

I keep wondering, why is it we're not seeing steel structure building in Jamaica? What I mean is, the frame of the building is of steel structure rather than reinforced concreate! I think it's safe to say that a steel frame building is stronger, lighter, more flexible, less maintenance, last longer, and would handle Earthquake Better, which would be more suited for Jamaica Landscape. Take a look at this stats, the Empire State Building in NY is about 100 years old now; this building is a steel frame building, there is no Rebar to rust and weakened the structure, and rebar need to grab on to the concreate as to give a building strength, so it cannot be coated to stop rust. Steel frame building however, can be coated to prevent rust, because the concreate walls don't have to grab on to steel frame. The building in Florida which collapsed 2 years ago was only around for 40 years, the rebar was corroded and push the concreate outwards reducing the strength of the column that hold the building up. I'm not a Structural Engineer however, one would have thought that the advantage a building gets from a steel frame, we would see more of those building in Jamaica???
