Hey Rishi You must focus on the right technique And that can be achieved by first using a Mugdar of light weight . You can start with a 5 kg mudgar ..Buidlingn your technique and gradually moving towards 8 ,10 and so on ..Work on building wrist and shoulder strength as well ..this way you can achieve wonders .And yes I will try to upload more content on this .. Stay healthy 💪
