Everybody struggles when they start their life. Don’t worry. Where there is a will there is a way. I don’t know if you have a second hand store in Ireland. But these stores are the best for newcomers . Also learn to freeze food. Palak paneer , rajma freezes very well. Freeze a little and keep because during winter or when you are sick you can eat that in emergency .

Don't generalize that UP and Bihar people can't speak in English. It's clear that you are unable to speak in English bit thats because you didn't go to proper school and because your family didn't care. That's the sole reason.
I am not generalizing, I am stating a fact. 80 percent of people have this problem with English speaking. Even those people who are well-educated accept that they are not fluent in English. English speaking is not a big deal, but people from UP and Bihar don't get the right environment for it. I was just talking about the environment.

Yes as a mother we get worried of our child's diet and husband well being and we neglect ourself. Life is tough abroad specially with children and without help. India is much better, hotel food is reasonable, househelp easily available and good weather not depressing at all.
