Yeah U can play wth ppl which i think the limit is ether groups of 2 or 3 but yeah only pvp no pve

Id Say Yes and no Like it takes some getting use to but I just started playing it after not playing it since launch and im getting the hang of it so its kina just getting use to the pacing and the combat so I'd say as long as you put in the time its pretty easy to get inta

I found it as a main quest so when you talk to Captain Brant in the pub it will be the quest about the magistrate and when you go to the tower the prison that he is locked in and you talk to him he will tell you that if he is to leave he will need a place with tomes to be willing to leave his cell so if you head to the slums and talk to Kendrick he will start the quest off and just go from there hope this helps you have a good day
