Fernando de Noronha is one of the most remote and unique ecosystems in the world. We were so lucky to be able to have a few days in this paradise, but sadly... we found out it was not quite enough. Remote travel always comes with a set of challenges and we truly underestimated how significant they would be this time around. #travelvlog Don't forget to say hi: withgiota?hl=en 🙌🏼 F...

I only discovered this place the other day.. what an amazing little island
Looks beautiful just like you .see in the travel brochures.
This is awesome!
I want to buy this Island and build my own country if the new Zealand gourmet give me this Island I will give them 40 to 50 billion dollars 💵
Most AmErIcAn car... MASTANG!
Love what you want to accomplish. What an experience for you all.
If you child starts to eat crayons im sorry but he's going to become a us marine
In my opinion it all comes down to where you are from where you grew up your culture and customs . I know we Americans also judge other cultures and customs when we travel around the world .
You could have asked for sugar feww syrup.
Unless you live in a big city with lots of public transportation. You 100% need a car here in the state's
Excuse me where are u from?
You are correct about the food. Hopefully RFK is going to take this on. Even the meat does not taste like meat anymore.
😂😂😂😂😂 the faith you have in that trash and his ilk is genuinely funny.
Euro trash and their opinions
I always thought a place like Paris or Rome was the ultimate vacation destination for well, everybody. But I was in Italy a few years back getting Tylenol from a pharmacy. The pharmacist asked to see my ID and I showed her my California ID. She looked stunned and looked up at me and said, "You're from California?.......lucky!"
Idk why these videos annoy me so much. They come across as very judgy and ignorant. Obviously things are different here because its a different country. Id never go to europe and be shocked that their food is bland slop because i already know this...because ive educated myself on their culture. You people are so ignorant.
I live outside LA. It's so large and diverse that you could arrange 10 different trips and have 10 different impressions. Everything from a high-end Monaco type experience to theme park tourist and everything in between. There are big differences in suburbs just 10 miles apart, so randomly driving around doesn't really give you a representative experience. Locals know where things are like green spaces, hiking trails, great places to eat, places to hang out etc., but tourists will rarely find them. When I moved to LA in 1984 it took me quite a while to understand this. Since then I've always thought it was better to live here than visit here, despite the huge numbers of tourists that come every year to Southern California. As for the produce, in November most of the produce is flown in from Mexico or South America. California is the biggest producer of many crops in the country due to our long growing season. Having said that, there's widespread consensus among people old enough to remember that vegetables and some fruits don't taste as good as they used to. They've been modified for high crop yields and also to be more durable during transport. Some things, like tomatoes, have lost that delicate flavor they used to have. They're tough enough you could play catch with them, but they don't taste as good. So many Americans share your observation that something was lost and something was gained when it comes to modern produce. Smaller farms and farmers markets often still have vegetables with more flavor. Lots of times they're not as commercially acceptable due to appearance, but they taste better. Any grocer will tell you how difficult it is to sell something that doesn't look perfect, but if you go to a farmers market you might find some gnarly looking tomato that tastes amazing, so it's a tradeoff like most things in life.
❤❤❤
Old guy and Russian prostitute family visiting California. Cool!!
The United States is a massive country so walking is not realistic in many cases.
It's almost like this woman has never seen a map of the entire u.s.
So beautiful the island is
Fakalofa Lahi Atu, my family and I had visited my motherland Niue for the first time last week 14th October 2024. It was a fantastic experience & a blessing for us to see the great un-spoilt reefs, swimming holes, caves, landscapes and learn about the family history! Love this place and will visit again soon ❤
I can tell that pancake house used to be an IHOP.
US is not landlocked like European countries and allows us to spread out. FWIW, there are tons of town/city parks, trails, and even federal and state parks for places to walk, hike, or ride bikes. Land wise, the majority of America is rural. I suggest exploring America via road trips through various states, if you have the time and $. Each state and its regions are known for various foods, which are typically fantastic and yummy! As for LA food being plastic 🤣 you're dining in highly commercial establishments and not hobnobbing with the locals. Talk to local people and find out where they eat - that's where the good food is served. We always ask clerks in shops, clerks/workers in hotels/motels and gas stations, etc, where's the best local place to eat. That will give you the food gems of mom and pop diners, restaurants and even independently-owned coffee shops for the real culture and food. Just sayin'. BTW, your video is cute and Apollo is adorable, like a Greek god baby should be. 👶Have fun traveling!
On behalf of all americans, I apologize. Our country is messed up in so many ways. Its beautiful, people are nice, but we have messed up the food and the dimensions of a city due to the car dynamics.
Move to Europe if you don’t like cars.
@@Casey28027 Chill bro
Don't apologize for me. I suppose all of us americans should just ride on horse and buggy or take bicycles to our jobs 20 miles away.
We are obsessed with Ice because human kind figured that shit out tens of thousands of years ago. Ice keeps things cold. Why the rest of the civilized world hasn't figured that out is beyond me. Any beverage that is not meant to be served hot, could be served with ice. And should.
California was once a beautiful State. Not any more. I lived there and saw it's decline for 20 years before leaving.
She literally went to the worst city 😂 in all of u.s
Also why the hell do they go to LA or New York first or at all? Those are probably the most unamerican places in the United States anymore.
Theyre ignorant and only go to places they see on TV.
Those two cities are every but as American as any other cities in this country. Get off your goofy political nonsense. Citizens from there fought in our wars they contribute more taxes to the federal government than your state unless your state is tx. I bet you are from one of the states that get more federal taxes than they pay in. . So stfu with that crap. I say this as a Mississippian born and raised originally.
Also I don't think the vegetables over there in California where in season and probably came from somewhere else because they have great stuff there. But going to Los Angeles and acting like that is everywhere in the United States is also crazy to us Americans.. Europeans no matter how many times they are told just don't understand how big the United States is and seem to forget constantly.. I also don't know why the hell you guys would wait in a Starbucks line that that is that long? I would have gone inside like plenty of other Americans do. Also Americans walk plenty of places all of the time I see it everywhere I go.. do you understand that plenty of people don't even have a vehicle? And were you going to walk to the other side of Los Angeles? 😂 You not understand how big it is again? It would take you hours and hours and hours to get where you need to go if you have to walk. If they built a city for people walking the city would be so big to begin with it would take too long to get to the other side by walking? 🤦♂️ I just can't with some of these videos made by Europeans.. 😂 You guys don't put yourselves in our positions ever and you just don't use common sense but say we are stupid? And then you guys are brainwashed by other videos you've seen just like the one you've made.. This will make other Europeans believe things that aren't even true 😂 sigh..
For some reason you Europeans don't get it with our big vehicles and I just don't understand how?.. why would I want to sit in a tiny vehicle when I have to drive for an hour to work and an hour back just to get home? Or why would I want to sit in a tiny vehicle if I have to drive across the whole entire country? Or even across a state? Because that's the reality of being an American. I don't know why it's so hard to understand this either? 🤷♂️🤦♂️I'm 6'6 tall.. So why would I want to be in a tiny little vehicle that is very uncomfortable and I could barely fit in being as tall as I am? We have massive roads because the country is massive.. So it would be stupid to have tiny cars with no space That's why we have big cars because it's comfortable.. INSANE STUFF RIGHT!? 🤯 This kind of stuff kills me because Americans are constantly being told by Europeans that we are stupid when hearing stuff like this just makes it seem like it's the other way around 🤷♂️
Eating a crayon, that kid will be a US Marine. They love to eat crayons
I can't tell, is she from Greece originally?
Well, that túró rudi was not the one that's famous. Nowadays there are fifty different kinds, a new flavour and type is lade every half year, but they are nothing remembering the original with a fat tube of slightly vanilla flavored cottage cheese covered with thick, cracking DARK chocolate. Today the traditional is called Pöttyös (dotted) with red dots on white background on the cover. "Eredeti" or "Natúr" is the original hungarian style, all the others with fruit jam fillings and milk chocolate coating, etc are just for commercial purposes, so people may try the new, they buy the new and the original has lost the market competition. Gonfor Pöttyös (plain package, no filling show , no anything on it and go for the original dark chocolate, ask the shop clerk for help).
7:00 did they just throw the carseat in the back not buckled to anything!?
Typical European. 🙄
She sounds a bit nuts. Won't be watching her anymore!
Oh don't drink the cheap water
Only have real maple syrup
🇳🇺 ❤❤❤niue Once again a island Antarctica
what I did find offensive is her idea that everything she does is applicable to all Americans as we if we are off some clones of a manufacturing line. Nothing she did a ultimate anything in LA…
And it's Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
You can eat at Waffle House 24/7
Socialist California.
Green spaces & food - so European. America works , Europe is on vacation.
um...food in Greece is completely UNDERWHELMING.
I hope you tried In-N-Out Burger, and some Mexican food while you were here.
Also we have almost 133,000 square miles of National parks, 29,063 Square miles of state parks, and countless city parks. There is about 181 city parks in Los Angeles alone. Some are nicer than others. We have just under 13 million square miles of forest and grasslands. Obviously not all of it is accessible to the public. There are lots of green spaces here.
You can't really think of America as a country when visiting. It's more like a continent. Each area has it's own culture, music, food, in some cases languages, dialect, accent, and vibe. The geography and landscapes vary greatly The people are diverse and very different from each other. You could travel all over America for the rest of your life and still miss out on quite a bit here.
Hang out in California, Arizona, New Mexico, or Nevada in August or on the east coast, midwest, Florida, or the South during a heatwave and you'll understand why we like ice in our drinks.
Pro tip often times when it's overcast you get more sunburned.
Of course we like our drinks cold, who wants to drink a warm soda or tea, especially when it’s hot out
I was a little confused when she said that, are cold drinks not normal?😅
@@rtfrtdfdrfthhtrfdtfhf maybe she meant drinks with ice as opposed to chilled drinks. Idk lol
It kills me that they say that Americans are stupid all of the time when it seems to be the other way around.. They always look at things in their own view and don't put themselves in our situation also It's annoying. They also like to judge things when they have been to one little tiny area and tried one little piece of whatever.. IT'S NOT THE WHOLE UNITED STATES! DURRR 😂
I have lived in Europe and in America! Trust me when i tell you they envy us! They envy our big cars and big houses and big roads and big everything! We have also the best michelin star restaurants! They're just jealous! 😁@@BriBryBriBry
@@BriBryBriBry Don't we Americans also judge when we travel to different countries .
