Oil every 3000 miles, good gasoline, and regular fluid changes every 3 years... And a Honda will last DECADES!
Toyota will last longer with oil changes at 8k miles, fluids checks once a decade AND you get to pass it down to the kids one day

I change mine at 10000 miles the one this guy shows engine useing cheap organic oil and not full synthetic. Because new cars use 0-w 10 now days.
If you think because you use synthetic you can go that far you’re wrong synthetic is only 25% better than conventional the most important is the intervals.

Back when i was more of a bum i went 16k on my 2004 Accord. Changed dark brown oil for fresh oil. Never doing that again
I’ve been a 2,500 mile guy for 50 years!
I follow the manufacturers recommendation and only use synthetic oil.
This is NOT. a 5001 mile oil change.....
