What will happen to home prices? It’s simple economics, supply and demand… Home prices will increase 🚀 So now you waited, multiple offers are back more than what we are seeing currently, that same home that was $340k is now $390-400k, and now you are settling on a home that doesn’t check all of your boxes 😤 Your mortgage payment at $400k with 5% down @ 6% rate = $3200.
