2021 i only came across this song watching the vampire diaries,,, hope they are successful in america etc, as im from ireland and havnt heard another song from them since
Whenever I listen to this I consider telling the guy I like that I like him. But idk how. How do you do that? Just walk up to him and say "I like you?" No. I have to do something big. Like write my own song. I've never written a love song, so idk if it'll be any good, but with luck I'll have the courage to sing it to him before the school year ends(we are both seniors and idk what college he's going to) or hopefully at the graduation ceremony. But how do I start? And I'll need music. Help me please.
I don't know when I entered in session 2 , I promised myself I will never going to watch the last episode of Vampire Diaries ... Because it's really painful when you really see the ending of story.... I just keep it's always evergreen in my life .. The story will never end for me this thought will become me happy 😊🥺🥰
I think it's just about that... Being Brave. Oct. 24th was the Anniversary of my Identical Twin Sisters Death & I wrote on the calendar: "I THINK I"LL BE BRAVE" It helped me get through the day!! I played the song off and on that day!! I cried, of course. But it made me feel Stronger!! Thanks!! Kathy~Twinless Twin

In my interpretation, the song is about a man that would rather confess his feelings and be wrong if the feeling isn’t mutual than hoping that he’s right and thinking that the other person feels the same but never really knowing , keeping it in . So he’s talked himself out of it and kept it in but he can’t no more because it hurts tbh to keep it inside. So he’s being brave and has guts because he doesn’t want the feeling to consume him and when he says before it fades I think he’s saying before the urge to say it fades and he backs down. And he’s selfless enough to say that if he’s wrong and the feeling isn’t mutual he will leave if it’s what the other persons desires.
