Hey what exact size are the Pirellis in the front and rear? For the rear I ordered 130/70 and for the front 120/70 and the pair looks off. The rear is way more angled and the front seems flatter. I haven't put them on yet and I'm questioning if this combination even works?

@@Monkey-biz Ha! Exactly what I ordered! I was a bit concerned at first because the back tire is way more V-angled as the front tire which looks similar to the OEM shape. And you don't experience any weird sensation or behavior while riding with this setup?

@@Monkey-biz Y Tomorrow I'll put them on! I mean even it's a "slow" bike, you can still ride it fast can and take corners fast and the tires are probably the most important thing. People seem to forget that when looking at the "cute" monkey!

Gives you better low end torque but no top end and it’s probably affecting the module, 14 tooth is the sweet spot, for mine anyway and I’m 300 lbs.
yeah my 5th gear used to feel worthless, but now i can almost wind it all the way out in 5th. I think it also depends which year of Monkey.

No removal, it goes over it. Fixes the problem some have with the headlight popping out.

I changed mine on my 2023 and no blinking ABS light. Not sure why because I bought the 12oclock harness preparing to install but so far no problems. 🤔
i think if you get near top speed it will start blinking, also your speedo will be off ~5mph if I remember correctly. Thx for commenting :)

Leaving mine stock, mine’s a month old and had it to 60 for a second or two. Still breaking it in. Fun bike for sure. 👍

No issues at all, just be careful to use the correct size screwdriver so you don't strip the phillips screw. (my friend had this problem, using a small phillips)

Hi! I am getting my Monkey next week! Do you have any recommendations on theft prevention, for example if it’s parked outside to run errands or what not? It’s so small and maneuverable for a thief. I am wondering about ways to secure it behind the handle bars key lock. 🙊
I haven't had any problems so far, I even left it parked in a Vegas garage, but I always lock the steering (i know that is easily defeated) and if possible I lock it to other bikes. A good thing to also do is hide a apple air pod somewhere on the bike to track it if it ever was nabbed. Thank you for watching/asking a good question. 🐒🐒🐒
