The post did not say anything about room for correction. I also don't know any fellowship that doesn't allow question and answer. Maybe you're engaging the wrong spaces.. The Pastor primarily must preach and teach God's word. God made the rule. So whoever occupies or performs that function as a pastor or a pastoral team should be saddled with preaching and teaching. Again, the video is saying that Preaching is not a political thing that everyone must participate in. Thank you.

@@Light_Enclaves man of God am just trying to say that it is not only the pastor and excos that can receive words from the lord. The members can still receive. How do we now receive from such people? Moreover there are very few congregations where members are allowed to make contributions. Even the once that do allow questions, will flare up when a better opinion than the one they have already is presented. They don't believe the members can have better accuracy in the word. I just want fellowship meetings to be more interactive and encouraging.

@iheukwumereadibe4521 I understand your concerns. The video is about preaching. If it's about receiving words from God, every believer can do that. Everyone without exemption. However, if it is ministering in a local church and teaching other saints within the context of church, it won't be everyone and it will be regulated. There's nowhere in the bible where everyone was allowed to share their opinion on church. At the same time. I agree that fellowship should be more encouraging and leadership can create interactive engaging sessions for members in bible study, house fellowship and cell units where they can share their thoughts. It doesn't have to be on the pulpit. If they however refuse to join the bible study unit, or house fellowship where it is possible to share their insights, nothing can be done for them.
