Informative topic from our Abundant Souls podcast with Chad Carpenter. Watch the full episode here: ua-cam.com/video/EFxly7WXKQU/v-deo.html
Chad and I have an awesome conversation at the farm! This is our first episode OUTSIDE! Super exciting and what better way to do a podcast in the fresh outdoors than to have on a breath work practitioner!
Chad Carpenter works with his clients to help them work through deep trauma locked up in the body. He shares how this amazing process of breathing intentionally and how it can release / unlock incredible feelings and breakthroughs for them. He shared his specific style of doing it and how it has helped him personally as well.
Just like myself with growing food, he shares the passion for also helping others experience the same opportunity he has been so generously blessed with!
Breathwork is is something I look forward to working with more. There is so much good stuff in this episode and I hope you all can use this in your own lives to further heal ourselves and heal the planet! Love y'all.
Share this with someone who can use a deep breath and some true love from our whole community.
Enjoy!

      Do you water it? Did you add rich soil or any mulch when you planted it? They need a lot of love in the beginning. Give it lots of care (water and good nutrients/organic matter).

      This is a video from our "How To Grow" Series, which helps INTRODUCE these plants to the world! I hope you enjoyed the video or learned something in that minute and a half. If not, that's ok too and you can go somewhere else! Oh yeah, Miracle Fruit likes acidic soil and part shade, if you needed that information to plant one. It' a very easy one to grow if you are still interested. All the best!!😀

    So... How do we propagate this? The video did not mention that 😁.

    • @urbanabundancefl
      @urbanabundancefl Рік тому

      You simply pull out (or cut) pieces from the plant and pop it in pot with soil or in the ground in the area you want to spread. You want to make sure the root "nodes " are underneath the soil.

      @@urbanabundancefl thank you so much! This is similar to frog fruit which is native to the west and the southeastern United States. Seems like they both have similar propagation methods.

      Hey my friend, this video is a part of our "How To Grow" series for all our crops. The goal is to get information out about the plant, growing techniques, ways to process these plants, and its benefits for ourselves and our gardens. I hope you areas excited about this plant as I am!! Here's tips on How To Grow : Cut 1 foot long branches of the plant (thicker the better) and stick it in the ground or a pot of soil! It's literally that easy 😀
