I picked up a lovely Cote de Boeuff from Colletts Farm and in this video I go through my cooking method for this beast of a steak. In this short video I show how carnivore cann be achieved for as little as £5 a day. This is what I typically eat for 5 days per week, I do have the occasional steak, some chicken, pork, burgers, sausages etc, but this is my go to meal and I love it.

Quick Update and new Camera

This is a quick update and a chance to try my new camera, I have been spoilt, my lovely girlfriend has gotten me a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 creater edition for my big 40! Its not my birthday just yet, it is this month, but she wanted me to have it while I had some time before going back to work, boo! This is a quick and simple recipe for carnivore scotch eggs. Its super simple and they taste great, hence the abrupt ending as I needed to get stuck in. The sauce was unplanned and improvised and came out great annd all carnivore/keto friendly. Let me know if you want more cooking ideas/recipes!

Would i be be right in thinking that your boat was an encore from barnes? We have had encore 2 and once you get to a certain speed the noise from the hydraulic gearbox is a bit excessive
@lawrencemain9436 it was, to be honest we didn't notice much noise when cruising, the only noisy mechanical element was the bow thrusters, really made heads turn lol, but luckily we didn't have to use them too much.
