Does anyone know how to get the final upgrade for the Double hat and the last 2 upgrades for the All Mothers Copse?

I ran a version of this that was much more focused on necrosis stacks / damage and then shield toss once I had max stacks dotting the enemies to death. Everything melted under necrosis dots.

I played through Nightmare on this and while some parts mid game are TOUGH this build made wittling down dragons and the "bosses" super easy with how many points of damage it does. And it can do them at range which means anything needing "close up" damage like the rogue goes bye bye

I essentially run this exact same build as a Death Caller mage thanks to The Bargian staff. You can essentially ability spam since your leech from damage outpaces the HP cost and the cooldowns are like 3 seconds. You can pair the 2 necrotic spells with Meteor for mor ability spam and burn, or Frost Nova for less spamming but freeze. Then just ranged beam to simultaneously murder enemies while healing!

Played nearly all nightmare to the tune of almost 200 hours. Hats off to you, Red. You must have 300 or 400 hours!

"This build excels at all difficulties." Buddy, you ain't kidding. I just finished a playthrough with this build. I don't play on Nightmare because I don't have a death wish (more power to ya, I just don't have the patience) so I was on Normal + Trials. This build absolutely vaporized Corypheus and his dragon in under a minute each. The only trouble I really had was in The Descent, where those Sha-Brytol crossbow assholes have an alarming tendency to just delete my entire health bar. But it wasn't just effective, it was fun too, which you don't often find with optimized builds. Thanks again!

a little late, but what factions do you reccomend maxing out for the gear to be max? Is there any that are important to level up?

14:40 regarding healing from companions, even Davrin can automatically taunt enemies and heal you if you fall below Low Health. The auto trigger skills are OP as they have independent cooldown.

10:15 this is perma stun build, good for 1v1

This mows down Antam. They are melting butter on corrupted ground. Spirit bomb is awesome for dragons

You mentioned it briefly in the video, so now I'm curious: how would you go about doing a double daggers version of this build?

Is it just me or did they break the camera movement? Every time I use the explosive daggers, it makes my camera so jerky.

I haven't played since launch and my one and only playthrough was on nightmare and I wanted to go necrotic mage for thematic reasons without even knowing it would be braindead easy with the beams lmao. This looks fantastic for a new character as it actually lets me fully engage with my entire kit rather than blast with zero thought or effort while still being strong.

Game is so bad. It’s not Dragon age!! Should have been just called Veilgaurd. I am beyond disappointed with this game. BioWare should be ashamed and embarrassed for putting this in the series.

I just bought this game as a long time da fan. Over 1200 hrs in inquisition, almost as much in dao and under 600 in 2. I’m enjoying the combat but not a fan of the limited spell casting. The story is ehh. It is infuriating that a lot of choices I agonized over in inquisition wont really matter. Overall, it’s a fun game and im enjoying it. Excited to try this build

How does a detonation gives u flaming weapons?

I did your mage build and ice rogue build. Both awesome! But for warrior I did my own thing and did a two hander smash build and, although not stronger than the mage or rogue build, I had the most fun out of the three. Kicking enemies off the cliffs, and hitting them with the final whirlwind hit and sending them flying into the wild blue yonder was just so satisfying.

What does more damage this or Rain of fire?

You can make it even more overpowered by adding Field-Commander's Helm, swaping few abilities to add more rage + using Vivify rune. Damage with Garb of Kinship + FCH is absurd going over 9k damage numbers ticking, then you can allways reset your combo with Vivify.

Do you happen to know the Qunari equivalent helmet?

Any tips on how to build around the damage you take from the maw? Build is awesome but im talking way too much damage from it right now.

I did my first Playthrough as a Warden and After you get the Garb of Kinship up you are invincible. You can walk through any encounter on nightmare, with ease. You can Parry Giant enemies like Dragons' every single attack. You can rebound their breath weapon lol. They CANNOT hurt you. Not much can. And even then you have SO much HP it doesnt matter when they do, and the Garb will heal you up fast since every time you block you gain like 100 advantages. Its just disgusting.

I spent till now 291 hours playing this game & i still don't know Davrin, It's all about ASSAN ... ASSAN .. ASSAN ..ASSAN .. ASSAN ... WTF?!!

One observation with Return to Sender, you could also parry your own shield toss. This combine with shield volley give you 4 consecutive hits off a throw. This combo alone easily carries the entire early-mid game.
