[Saga re;Universe] Schirach (2024) (Romancing) Clear feat. Asellus and Sumire

The new Schirach fight requires quite a bit of protection against ailments in order to not get afflicted. All her attacks deal some elemental damage so the Elemental Shutter formation works very well here.

Gear: imgur.com/a/6RIPlrs Very simple boss this time. Just need to bring a lot of damage mitigation and being able to deal around 1.3 million damage on the first turn to break the caution makes the start much safer.

Fire zone offers innate defenses against wind damage so I felt safer having Anabel go full offensive counters instead of giving her debuff grasta and more HP Gear used: imgur.com/a/t9L4Q9w

Unsurprisingly giving a fire boss a fire zone makes them do a lot of damage, so I had Anabel take a backseat from DPS in favor of debuffing Gear used: imgur.com/a/pi56Gfu

How the heck did you manage to bypass the Damage Negation auras?

Because they're damage reduction auras and not damage negation auras so you can get around them with a lot of damage reduction debuffs. As soon as I get the boss below 100% damage reduction then Anabel's ridiculous damage output can come through.

@@thechaospiper4400 I see. I honestly thought 100 damage reduction to anything other than their element was kinda like a fancier "null" defense.
