When you have a drag link style steering system versus a rack opinion Your steering wheel rotation moves & does it even more so with the drag link style, although both systems Spin the steering slightly when you air it down the suspension. The truck was 3" off the ground driving that's why the steering wheel was off alignment, when it's at normal ride heights the steering wheel alignment is correct.

They literally have you the specs YEARS ago, it's right in the video desceiption. That's an MTS 15 Series. They haven't even made that Can in years, and MTS no longer exists, as it has changed hands multiple times, as well as changing names.
