defo needs a preset engine, but as a tech demo it works well, not sure about that delay idea though, might be better to drop that and use the UI space for a second trajectory, eg two oscillators

Last night, I connected my MBP M1, where I have the entire Arturia collection I bought last year. I used to make electronic music back in the 90s, and I still have plenty of synths. I saw this new VST, and they are all the same. When playing them, just black out the screen and listen. Do not get distracted by the interface; just listen. They are all the same! If you can not do anything with two or three plugins, you won't do it with 20.

Its not emulation. Its emulator😅

With Xenia emulator working now fairly well (thanks to your link) who needs this expensive plugin. Xenia sounds better in my ears in my opinion. I've had both hardware a long time ago so this is great alternative.

Cool video, thanks. I have a problem : I see that on Ableton Live, your volume level is ok but on mine, all presets are by default on maximum volume (127) but barely reach -24db on the track. Pretty dangerous when you use headphones. Standalone version volume instable, sudden burst of loud sounds. When set your global volume and pick another preset the volume is set to the max again. Unclear how to get out of the preset menu. Phaser has no effect. Needs some work. For the money they ask for a donation I bought NI FM8.

I'm amazed how little CPU this uses considering.

i had one of those in the 90s. we use to call it "il prete" (the priest). most boring synth ever, and im a diehard dave fan This "simulation" is much much better.

I had the real one. This doesn’t actually sound much like it. I NEVER should have sold the SixTrack. It sounded magical. I did make a bunch of samples of it with my Roland S-50 sampler that are pretty close.
