Hey so I’m constantly looking at my map, when in game, those white beams are search lights, that’s how I can tell where the SAM systems are, constantly flying low to avoid radar detection is always advised, but if you have air superiority or doing BVR, you can simply fly 20k feet up and won’t be seen

@@gamingtrashcan9030 it really depends on what your doing, and your scenario, for this scenario, I decided to stay somewhat high to be able to give my missiles good probability of kill(POK), in the next video when I faced a nuclear facility alone, I stayed low and was able to stay out of occupation radar scopes

So when it comes to strike aircraft, especially ones with SAS, I don’t use trim, even if I’m on controller(I’ve done BVR and BFM fights on controller) I don’t use trim, it can get abusive and to be honest not really fun, I just use the controls the game gives me, if you’d like a tutorial on how to manage speeds and maintain energy I can do that

Yeah true, but with the “point” it’s easier to pickle on multiple targets, for bases, activating the target point is good to land on one specific target

@@aceofluftwaffe6444 I can help you bro, even on controller I can help you 100%, half my controls are on controller, I just use track IR(console), and a joystick to control my aircraft since I know how to fly a real aircraft

@@exoticjetz9584 I would really appreciate the help, I'm a DCS player so i own a Winwing F/A-18C Orion 2 throttle aswell as a Thrustmaster F/A-18C Joystick, everytime i tried i just made a mess in my controls and had to give up

@ one thing I can start you off with bro, is flying with damping

@aceofluftwaffe6444 use the import/export control profile feature at the bottom left so you don't mess with your realistics/mkb controls. Then a lot of it is just testing because the flight performance and feedback is atrocious compared to DCS. Also the bindings for a lot of the tgp controls and other sensors/radar are not intuitive at all, so really its just trial and error.

In the cockpit, change your sights to bomb mode, a horizontal line will appear and the moment it goes over your velocity vector, you drop the bomb.

IRL you'd pretty much need to squirt the laser to get a distance (and thus a position) reading. The plane will have a hard time figuring out where exactly you're looking otherwise. (There are other ways to strike an unplanned target but less accurate overall, and with stuff WT doesn't simulate)
