If all Red Bull are doing is trying to make Newcastle be their preferred drink or sponsor so what, how many teams have Adidas as sponsor or preferred kit supplier? Leicester have simply used clever lawyers to get them out of the EFL rule last year and EPL this year claiming you can't do anything because we were not a member of your league when it happened. They had better hope they stay up this season because the EFL closed that loop hole some time ago and there will be a penalty waiting for them if they come back down and have breached the rules. Leicester are no longer a member of the EFL and if they were to lose their membership of the EPL this season just like they did with us a few years ago they will be told accept the penalty we will be applying or find another league to play in. It's the kind of trick you can only get away with once. FIFA need to amend their rules because it's all very well saying you have to release your players to play for their country but there should also be a rule saying those players must have enough time to get back to play for their clubs if required.
