In the hospitals it is all about making money and sucking the souls and working the staff to the bones. Heavy assignments with very few people to take care of very sick people. It is about quantity, not acuity. Unreasonable assignment and expectations. You can have 5 patients assigned with one having chest pain, second getting blood transfusion, third is confused and climbing out of bed, fourth is on a heart monitor and needs to go to the radiology, fifth you have to discharge immediately because ER is pushing and pressing for you to take a patient with hypertensive crisis ……it is a nightmare…….you are lucky if you get a chance to go to the bathroom once in your 12 hour shift. You have one MA that is assigned to 8 to 10 patients. Patients are very sick and need a lot of assistance. MAs humanly cannot attend to all the needs with the load that they are assigned to.

Put it in the banks, for the CCP to steal from you
