SunExpress Flight Dusseldorf to Izmir
I am reviewing my SunExpress Flight from Dusseldorf to Izmir. I wanted to try to upgrade as much as I could in order to try to replicate European Business Class. The flight was much like most other budget airlines. I had no issues with it except that they did not have my preordered meal on board. I went to Arnsberg, Germany to participate in the MudMasters 16KM in 2024. It was a really cool experience and definitely worth the stop in Germany. This was the finished product of our Greek Dance class. Dancing is not my forte but it was still fun and worth it. This experience was hosted by Afroditi in La Yumba dance studio a few minutes from the Alimos stop. It was a lot of fun.

I ran the 2024 Boston Marathon. This city shuts down for the marathon, and it was an amazing experience. The crowds were wicked loud. This is my experience traveling on a European business class flight from Athens to Crete. It started at 3:15am, a bit on the early side. With European business class flights, you get 1) Priority Check In, 2) Extra Luggage, 3) Fast Track Security, 4) Lounge Access, 5) Priority Boarding, 6) Empty Middle Seat, and 7) Meal Service. Came here to thumbs up! This one was one of the most challenging runs that I had ever done. My heat was supposed to start as soon as they called the delay so it was a huge adrenaline dump just to wait the 2.5 hours.. actually placed 74th overall and the only one I was not able to complete was the gibbons one with the stick and ring in your hands.. carrying that rucksack up the hill and under the barbed wire was so demoralizing and grueling! Great Job!
Nice job. I had no chance on the Gibbon Take. My arms were gassed. After the delay, I started back on the rucksack, and it was rough.
From my understanding, you strike the real deal with this upgrade! Usually, it hasn't been easy to upgrade with LH, and they are very conservative on the ways of earning pints with their M&M program. The feeling and expectations are different when you pay few thousand dollars, but yes, I see your excitements. Cheers!

No, that is called entitlement. If you're booking a flight, you're supposed to plan ahead for delays, allowing at least 1-2 hours for domestic flights and 2-3 hours for international flights. I hope the guy learned his lesson. One person being late doesn't mean the whole flight has to get out of the way for him.
