Like the sound of waves on the sea
the insects chirp in chorus.
The songs rise and fall.
It's as if they want to cheer us,
praise the beauty of the area
or meditatively explaining the moment.
The butterflies dance their ballet to this
in a duet with their own kind
they circle each other,
gently touch a blade of grass
settle on a flower in love
glide from flower to flower at our side
in a round dance with the chirping songs
playfully ensnare our feet
until they lose themselves in the vastness of the picturesque, colourful meadows.
It is as if their dance
carefully lead our gaze into the vastness of the valley.
Our gaze wanders across the meadows,
meandering along the stony path up the mountain,
where the peaks, already lightly covered in snow, sit enthroned
and silently whisper their names.
From the high peaks
the water flows into the valleys.
It finds its way over the rocks,
becomes small streams
and plunges down,
unites with the rushing mountain river,
which flows unstoppably
over the rocks and chasms
into the valley.
Like the smallest capillaries in us
our blood also finds
in ever-increasing pathways
to the main arteries.
We too are nature,
through and through!

Wie im Wellenrauschen des Meeres
zirpen die Insekten im Chor.
Die Gesänge schwellen an und wieder ab.
Es ist, als wollten sie uns umjubeln,
die Schönheit der Gegend anpreisen
oder meditativ den Moment erklären.
Die Schmetterlinge tanzen dazu ihr Ballett
im Duet mit ihresgleichen
umkreisen sie sich gegenseitig,
berühren sanft einen Grashalm
lassen sich verliebt auf einer Blüte nieder
gleiten von Blüte zu Blüte an unserer Seite
im Reigen mit den zirpenden Gesängen
umgarnen unsere Füße spielerisch
bis sie sich in der Weite der malerisch farbenfrohen Wiesen verlieren.
Es ist, als würden ihr Tanz
unseren Blick vorsichtig in die Weite des Tals führen.
Unser Blick schweift über die Wiesen,
schlängelt sich entlang des steinigen Pfades den Berg hinauf,
wo die schon leicht mit Schnee bedeckten Gipfel thronen
und lautlos ihren Namen flüstern.
Von den hohen Gipfeln
strömt das Wasser in die Täler.
Es sucht sich seinen Weg über die Felsen,
wird zu kleinen Bächen
und stürzt sich hinab,
vereint sich mit dem rauschenden Bergfluss,
der unaufhaltsam
über die Felsen und Abgründe
ins Tal jagt.
Wie die kleinsten Kapillaren in uns
findet auch unser Blut
in immer größer werdenden Bahnen
zu den Hauptschlagadern.
Auch wir sind Natur,
durch und durch!
