I threw a small Griffin rad in my TJ after building the front frame section suuuper tight. It's 24"x15" PN 1-26201-TS. It cools my 4.0 easy with a 15" 3000cfm fan. One guy used that same radiator in his LS and it cools fine too

You could put one small radiator behind the other, the cores would probably need to run parallel.

I had the same idea....budget buggy build based on a XJ donor. Budget part of the build went out the door long ago LOL. But I always thought there could be a market for a production chassis that would accept donor jeep parts.

If you use YJ/TJ water pump, you would use a clutch fan and the put an e-fan on the grill side of the radiator and a pusher fan...

Dude I know you don’t want to hear it but ditch the 4.0L Get a 3.9 for $600 and 904 trans for cheap and forget about it! That motor is so long and so hard to build around

I have seen two small radiators put one in front of the other, with shrowds that worked well.

For the front look at a torq locker. It is a lunchbox locker with a lot of the weak points taken out. I have one in the front of my crawler, and it is pretty good and was much cheaper than a detroit.

Want a ball joint eliminator kit for the upper ball joints for that axle?

im running a aw4 i would recommend a rad designs winters switch kit and winters shifter super easy and makes it manual shift no computer required

I'm running the Toyota version of the AW4 in my buggy. It's great you won't be disappointed. I would recommend getting the trans go shift kit and the RAD designs shifter to make it full manual. Just found your channel great stuff! Sorry we miss ya out at TH

You need to build a rotisserie. Be a bit quicker and easier to weld around the chassis. Congrats on the new shop, it is awesome to see you grow.
