Nice job! that´s WAY over my skills :) Yes i try to show as much as possible without getting it too complicated. And, yes there will be more videos, maybe not as much dyno for a while, but more construction videos. Maybe some porting also.

Yeah, i agree, it can´t be healthy in the long run. But is is only these short seconds i´m doing it. And in the wintertime i use a extractionsystem when having the doors closed. I would say if doing it for hours every day it might be a real concern. Otherwise,, keep on tuning in. I´ve got more fabrication planned in the future, and not so much dyno.

Just under dynosession i use these, as they very fast witness about ignition timing. I seldom tune my engines so lean that it is any danger of preignition, never had any signs of it at all. With 6061 i got a lot of interference and cannot pickup any stable rpm signal at all. But normally i run NGK BR9ECMIX

And they still has some in them, that didn´t reach the tarmac at that competition. But,, excuses excuses ;)

That somewhere is where i aim to go =)

Thanks, from my memory it is 'radial' 60 degree backwards, should be anyway. I might actually programmed it wrong if it isn´t *lol* The A ports in my simulations is from my memory aimed about 20-25 degree upwards, i need to check up on that and get back to you.

Normally i run 9´s, but i figure i´d test with 8´s, and it worked beautiful =) And about the simpliest plugs of them all, Br8es! :D

And isn´t even tuned fully yet =) I hope to reach above 80rwhp again. With that new powerband it will be really nice =)

I dunno about the best, but it is the most easy way, especially when running methanol as i do.

@@Patricks_Projects I am getting all new parts together first,already got a transmission,clutchdrum,clutchplates,springs,rearspring,front shocks etc.. My cilinder is the original 125cc one,I am still looking for wich cilinder I can combine with that transmission,conrod and without having to adjusting the frame to much. The most common one is the 180cc but I heared there used to be 140cc kits wich performed better but I didn't find them yet.

@@NoProxies I´ve got an old ns125 engine without cylinder lying in my garage, and it seems like a robust engine, can probably take a lot of power.

@@Patricks_Projects Thats what my mechanic said aswell,so I am still doubting if I should revise it if needed,definitly a new piston and rings,conrod bcz it has done 50K kms. Its already been derestricted but after the rebuild I have a programmable CDI to set it up more refined. The thing is the bike is been doing great untill present so my mechanic never openend it unless for oil changes.
