This year, our family of ski enthusiasts spent Christmas in the Alps. More specifically, we visited the world's largest ski resort, Val Thorens in the 3 Valleys (Trois Vallées). What made this trip even more special was that it marked one year since my wife Kristi's knee surgery, an injury she had sustained while skiing. Her determination and love for the mountains are evident in the fact that after a year of physiotherapy, Kristi was back on skis, doing what our family seems to love most of all.
We experienced two days of a massive snowstorm, during which one meter of snow fell, followed by four fantastic sunny days. The video was mainly filmed in Val Thorens and Méribel.
