I have an E7 error and can't fix it

ATTENTION : at the 3:40 mark of this video , it is also important to check if there is a small plug in the water inlet and outlet of this unit . We spent the whole day figuring out why our heater wasnt heating and found (after several troubleshooting ideas) , that there was a small white plug that made its way all the way over to our bathroom faucet on our RV . We took the aerator off and out it popped . Hope this helps someone .

Mine failed after second camping trip. Using a pressure regulator. Cheap parts used on Fogatti.

Where can you purchase the heat exchanger and cold water inlet pipe. Contacting fogatti themselves now several times for over a year with absolutly no help.

Now how about the E5 error code regarding the fan on the FOGATTI InstaShower 8 Plus RV Tankless Water Heater, Gen 2 which is 3 months old. Getting E5 error code. Power/propane good. Shut off 20 minutes, tried again with E5 code again. Powered off at heater, removed fused, waited 2 hours. Powered back on and E5 code again. Now what?

Bad how to video. Most of it is about how to put bolts in the masonry wall. Any idiot can do that. Like the idiot who made this video. Tell us about gas supply requirements, combustion air requirements and venting procedures. What kind of vent to use? Does it require proprietary vent pipe or is that B vent? Useless video.

do you have a video on troubleshooting water being too hot? I've seen 130 F even though the set point is 105 F. I've tried powering down and waiting one minute and repowering but no success and getting temperature to stay at 105 F. The water in the shower gets so hot we have to blend cold water. Blending cold water works for a minute or two and then it's too cold ...even if you shut the cold water off. ...frustrated with this situation.

Very vague on venting requirements, especially type of pipe and NOTHING about vent termination.

It gives me a e1 error over and over and over...... Lights for 2 seconds, then gives a e1 code and won't run... Fogatti will help you take some cold showers

Why am I not supposed to install this in a closet?

No matter what I do I get an E1 code and the unit has to be reset . I’ve called tech support at least 10 times and they say it’s because of the BTU rate and send another unit which has the same problem . They don’t have anyone who has any technical skills and are just reading from some tech support manual . Very frustrated

I just installed a propane unit and I keep getting an E8 error. Which means exhaust restriction. There's nothing near it. What do I do?

How do you get it to turn on once installed?

Does this unit not require an air intake vent on it? Just an exhaust vent only??

New instal. Has power has water has LP nothing happens. No response when hot water turns on. No little shower icon with water flowing.
