Dear Mam, After 18 month of completion of DSTB (1st line) treatment of extra pulmonary tb (spine tb), CB-NAAT report is positive (Rifampicin Resistance) but the Culture report is negative (means no bacteria grown shows), then what should i do, will i take Drug Resistance treatment even after Culture report is negative and what is mean by Culture report is negative ?
