I read this book many years ago and enjoyed it immensely. There's a combination of humour (the restaurant story) and great advice. I was trying to remember the name for the short reaction to bad behaviours. I think it was called "Karate Chop", but it might've been something else.

It's seems illogical that written text effected the waters structure. I tend to believe the change in structure was a result of the emotion (human interpretation of the word) produced by the mind of those doing the experiment. They need to test the hypotheses by looking and concentrating at a piece of paper that says LOVE, while tapping a piece of paper to the glass that says HATE, but never look at the word HATE taped to the glass, only concentrate on the piece of paper that says LOVE. Or another experiment would be to tape the same words to the glass, but in a foreign language that none of the experimenters know, and test those results. I do believe in this experiment, but I don't believe written text is effecting the waters structure, as many people have said "water can't read". I think the minds of those doing the experiment are changing the waters structure by interpreting the meaning of the word, and translating it through a form of quantum telepathy
