Wonderful vlog

I am currently going through a missed misscarriage. When the doctor told us at my early scan, that there was no heartbeat, it was a pretty big shock for the both of us. Especially because this was our third pregnancy and everything was fine with the first two pregnancies. A few days ago, I had the same medically induced misscarriage as you, but I was in the hospital through the process. And in the room with me were two women, who came for a planned abortion. And I was so sad and angry with them, because they were acting so happy, that they are getting rid of the baby. Meanwhile I was silently crying, because the baby we planned and wanted and already loved, was gone. Fortunately, I already have a 2 year old daughter and 1 year old son and they give me strength and hope. So even if we won't be able to have a third one, I know I am beyond blessed. I have been following you on Instagram for about a year now and you are one of my favourite people I follow. You seem really kind and genuine and I can relate to you, because my kids also have a small age gap. And I was so happy to see, when you announced, you are expecting again, because I knew you had problems in the past. And it's amazing you decided to share your story, because when you're going through something like this yourself, it's comforting to know you're not the only one. Thank you and I wish you all the best🙂

Congratulations! I am 16 weeks with my first... It took us 2 and a half years to get here and I have been doing your workouts ever since trying and hoping I can one day follow along as a pregnant lady. I had bad sickness from week 6 and it has just stopped so really enjoying the work outs again! I totally get what you mean about smells my low point was opening the dishwasher and throwing up on my poor cat 😂

Hiya , This was very interesting I was diagnosed with Pcos and im pretty sure i have secondary amenorrhea as well My menstural cycle has always been out if whack when i was 16 i remember i was bleeding for almost a year , I did go to the doctor and they just told me i needed to take iron pills out of nowhere it stopped then i went 2-3 years without a period to my suprise july 2019 i got a period that lasted the normal few days and now it has been 8-9 months since and havent had one its so frustrating
