We are looking for short-term rental (STR) owners who applied for an STR license with Clark County and were denied or could not apply due to the restrictions set by the County. There are the types of applicant categories we are seeking: If your property is in an HOA. If your property has fines/liens. If your property is within 600 to 1000 feet of another licensed STR. If your property is within 2500 feet of a resort hotel. If your property is NOT connected to city sewer (uses a septic tank). If your property is located in Mount Charleston, Bunkerville, Mesquite, Moapa, and Moapa Valley. In these areas, operating a short-term rental is not allowed even if the property owner would otherwise qualify for a license. Times...red rock hiking,,,playing in the snow with my son....climbing cathedral rock! Ha,ha,ha... If I could go back,it be sooo nice.....but this is where I live now....by the way,china sucks!!!

Moved in one in 2020 paid 465. Did major upgrades floor back splash kitchen all bedrooms. Master bathroom entire bathroom in white marble floow to walls. All mirrows replaced. $465. Prob wortth now 850 to 900 + few houses on my block sold for 900+ wo upgrades. As I write this there is a home same model on my block going for 800K A cordila on my black sold for 745k in 2021

Why is our congress letting the credit card companies continue to charge so much interest? They made cc cashing stores illegal. Credit card companies should have to drop their interest rates. It’s stealing from the lower class of citizens of whom has to typically have to use them more than middle to higher income or the rich have to.

That didn't happen to me. I shopped for a new truck at the same dealership, and I got hit with 7 hard inquiries the first time i had to wait for my truck to be built 3 months later the dumb dealer didn't remember who accepted me, so he again ran a credit check again. What do I do now after 14 in total hard inquiries is on my credit report ? I don't understand how you say counts as one. I need same help. Thank you

Where i am not so clear about the credit utilization. Lets say you have 10 credit cards with a credit limit of 10000 . 100 000 credit line total If you have no balance on 9 cards but one credit card is pretty much maxed out ( because of a perk you are getting ) is your credit utilization 10 % or does that have a negative effect? I am into trucking and one or two of my credit cards have better deals on cashback for gas , so I use them and by the end of the month there is a high balance . I pay them off monthly , should I pay them off twice a month ?

Stay away from North Las Vegas it's the worst real estate investment you can make anywhere in Nevada. It's the last place to go up and value in the first place to crash. I was a realtor here I know. North Las Vegas sucks. It's hotter than Vegas here it smells worse. There's a higher crime rate. The politics are corrupt. There's lousy streets with potholes and nails and rocks. You get a flat tire or once a month. You'll be a victim of a crime here probably once a month. You take your life and your hands when you drive through the city. Why do you think they close down all the casinos practically in North Las Vegas it's too dangerous. North Las Vegas is dangerous dangerous dangerous. The politicians are corrupt the police are crooked. The roads are bad, the water tastes terrible. And the utilities are extra expensive here. There's lousy shopping choices. Is gang infested. They should just tear it down.

These grant programs can be a pain in the neck to get though so I met officialsynod who grants private loans worth up to 200k at lightning speed, i discovered them on insta.

My husband's and I found ourselves on 156 w and it was really late at night . As we were driving up we saw some odd lights idk if there are bundling or road signs with lights but we turned around so fast lol.
