What did you use to power sand the piece? I'm wanting to use my angle grinder to sand like that.

I like this a lot. Different. Other than the Makita, what bit did you use on the die grinder? Do you think the bark will fall off those piece? Lovely work. I enjoy your videos.

Holy shit, Man. You are becoming a master. Is this your full-time job now? I'm still on owls (just great horns for now) but at some point I need to try a bear. I live on east coast of Massachusetts, so pine is most of what I have to work with. Great job with that Potter work.

I have not tried an inlay yet, but now inspired. If you do not mind, could you tell me what model Makita saw you are using? I use a Stihl MS 170 gas with carving bar, but I think my neighbors are going to murder me. Thank you. Dave

Hey, Man. I really love your work and the WAY you work. I just started this activity two months ago and am in the process of my fifth owl. They look more like aliens or done by mental patients but it is fun and I am getting better. I am intrigued by your Makita corded saw. Did you slap a carving bar on it? Anyway, I am a teacher in the states ready to retire and carve more. Thanks for sharing your work.

Thanks for reply. Similar to you I have made contact through the proper channels at HPBC website. As yet had no reply to their plans on when area is to be tidied up. There are still piles of fallen trees and tree pieces which local kids have started to play on. An accident waiting to happen. Will contact HPBC again and mention your services. The sculptures you do look great.

Hi. A number of trees have been cut down in Harehills Park Glossop Derbyshire, but metre high UGLY stumps have been left on 30 trees side by side. Please can you consider doing some small sculptures on these to liven up the park - making them a feature. Without it the park looks sad & unloved, especially as it was created as a memorial to the fallen soldiers in WW1.
