This is a spicy, flavorful and delicious biryani prepared by layering fried fish and put to dum with a layer of basmati rice
Halwa Fish is marinated and fried to make fish biryani masala more tasty and yummy

Red Chilli powder - 1tsp
Haldi - ¼ tsp
Dhaniya - 1 ½ tsp
Lemon juice - 1 whole
Salt
Fish Masala: Paste in mixer
Dhaniya seeds - 1tsp
Zeera - 1tsp
Bhedki mirchi - 6
Coconut - ½
Emli - 1 small ball
Onion - 2 medium
Fish BIRYANI Masala
Oil - 5tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
Tomato - 5
Curry leaves
Green chilli - 10 ( paste)
Dhaniya - 2tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
Haldi - ¼ tsp
Salt
5 onion birista
Then add paste ( fish masala)
5 - Potatoes (fried)
Biryani Rice - 2 glass
Pudina
Fresh Coriander leaves
Ghee - 3 tsp
