Pitches not pages
Mine waivers between 4000 and 800 but mainly 4000 Luckily, I have had this since I was a kid as long as I can remember, but I can only imagine getting it as an adult. It would be very disorienting, but to me when I hear my ears ringing I know that I’m in silence, which is calming my right ear does most of the ring which makes sense. My ENT says that’s my bad ear. I’ve had hearing loss since I was a baby, but only hearing loss on certain high pages and low pages I give myself 20 years before I need a hearing aid and that’s being generous
If your GP doesn’t issue your repeat prescription get his name. Go to A&E and say you’ve stopped taking it because the doctor won’t issue it no more. Give A&E his name and phone number and let them sort it out. If you die as a result at least it will save the NHS money so your death won’t be in vain
What about anxiety attacks?
But the cochlea hair cells are adorable tho
Finally diagnosed at the age of 43 after a surgery, endo stage 4
Thank you for this information it will help us all in the future❤💟💜🕉️💜
I didn't even know I was bitten by a tick until two years later got a diagnosis. Now four years in still battling this terrible illness.
Try eating 80% of your daily calories as complex carbohydrates such as fresh vegetables, legumes, some fruit, 100% whole grain breads, pastas and rice. Eat mostly beans for protein. 10% of your daily calories can be protein such as chicken breast, turkey, fish, lean red beef and lamb. Avoid pork, processed meats like sausages and hot dogs, avoid all seafood as well like lobster, shrimp and crab for example. Finally, eat 10% of your daily calories as fat like milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, eggs and so on. Drink only water, herbal teas and coffee. Avoid processed foods like snack bars, cookies, cereals etc... Do not fry your food. Only boil it or bake it in the oven. BBQ meat is fine too. Cook only with 100% extra virgin olive oil. Do not use corn oil, vegetable oil, canola or other types of oil that are toxic to your health. Finally, supplement your gout diet with Nutrigout. Good luck!
I just turned 50. I missed period this month.. probably menopause....
Great suggestions! 💯
attorney here... my stress levels at work really messed up my gut... if I do not eat breakfast in the morning my IBS symptoms is the worst at the office when I need to actually work in the office that day. I think my line of work gradually poisoned and continues to poison my physical and mental health. But once you are in, you cannot easily get out of it. Sick of it though.
Thats, i am experiencing shoulder pain, so glad you brought it up
What should be done after 50 and menopause?
Can get sore and for long time
I had appendicitis and it was of the most painful things in my life. Imagine a running cramp but 20x worse. Every time I walked or sat up if felt like I was being stabbed.
Yes thank you ❤
Thank you for this video. I'm making big changes in my life to reduce stress and triggers. It will take time, but it will certainly be worth it for my mental health.
👍
Thank you for being the only video on YT that was straight to the point.
I don't normally phone them but they were so nice to me
This helpline is so amazing I ran out of my antidepressants and I was worried that I wouldn't get any but they were so nice to me I was worried because I wouldn't get them because my medication review was due
Thank you!
I'm so sorry. I lost my brother to suicide when he was 25.
Thank you so much! You have no idea how many of my friends and family I shared this video!
I hate the time mid-january to mid-may. My hatest time of a year. I feel sick. Irritated. Feel dizziness. Confused due to hot weather. I feel lack of breath also😢. After the mid of may time changes. Temperature cools down rain starts. Best month for me is july to December. I never thought seasons effect so much. I used to think i am sick.
I'm having a great experience with menopause, but because I have taken care of myself and am very healthy it's not a bad experience.
Can any body tell her accent
Mine horrible I'm 33
I lost my brother 3 weeks ago. Im utterly devastated
Work never understand, they just find away to get rid of you. But very accurate overall 😊
Very good . important and useful guid
Wife was nice 18 years then went goofy pushed in face broke two of my fingers getting Devorce
Why not use clove oil?
I'm 50 years old and still having my period, with peri symptoms, should I be concerned??? thank you
VERY GOOD ! THANK YOU
I'm going to the doc tomorrow, got another infected tick bite. Second one in four years.
Underpaid
My periods stopped in my 30s. I told my doctor a medicine I was taking was stopping my periods. He said " you don't like having them anyway. Anyway I'm now 65. My periods never stated back. I have never had a hot flash nor have I experienced any other symptom except no periods.
HRT and vaginal estradiol cream... i have had that red flushing..
I only had tinnitus for two months, then the heavy fever hit after two months, now being treated for it
Thank you for this. It would've been nice to get some names of things to ask for though instead of just descriptions. I'd love to be able to my Doctor to prescribe me things as a test but at the moment they all seem to have lost interest in helping. In my situation I started with a very sensitive gastrocolic reflex and have subsequently developed a fear of eating in restaurants. This has settled down since I eat lease greasy and fatty foods at home but I often find I get a lot of general discomfort and pains. I've tried mebeverine and peppermint oil which have no real effect in my situation, I've also tried psyllium husk which caused things to get worse... The doctors aren't volunteering anything else so I'm resorting to UA-cam! Even a gastroenterologist palmed me off to a dietician. The FODMAP diet does help to an extent but when I'm on the FODMAP diet for a while and then break the rules ones the result can be devastating and sometimes, you don't realise you're about to break the rules. Constantly feeling on edge and reluctant to go out. Hope you other suffers are having a better time than me :)
His brain, and depression took his life. My son also, hugs
As long as you accept your sex life is over, you will be okay. 🤷🏽♂️
In this day and age it’s absolutely beyond ridiculous to me that the subject of menopause still has a shameful hidden stigma attached to it. As mature aged women WE NEED TO DO BETTER!! It’s not up to anyone else BUT us!! Stop being ashamed and speak up, you have a voice use it to educate as many ppl as you can!!
Thank you for this video. I believe it quite literally saved my life, not my relationship, but myself. It explains the feelings I'm going through and my irrational behavior.
Interesting stuff
Very well explained.
thanks for helpful info!
