Recommend magnaflow catalytic converters but if I were you I removed them completely and just add a magnaflow or flow master resonator and buy the egr delete kit from LC tooo

Sunrader was made by Gardner Pacific. They also made a 23 ft Sunrader Aero Cruiser that had a Dodge one ton chassis. There is a group for them on Facebook.

What glue were you using?

Sunraders have three layers of flooring : inside plywood, hard foam, then aluminum skin on the bottom. It becomes delimitared over the age of these vehicles ans causes lots of sagging. The ceiling can be buttressed with curved wooden braces bolted in the side of ceiling.

What did you do with the staples that go through the metal to the framing when you replaced the framing?
