After adjusting the core on T1 you don't feel it is necessary to reset the Dia?
Plz upload more videos on this machine
He grew up a bit
How would you compare this machine to M20 or L20?
Wow Titans of CNC
lol nah. My old job in MI
I have a 97' l32 at work but the guide bushing key for locating the keyway is all worn down. I cant find any information on how to replace or make a replacement. How would I yo about replacing the key?
Thank you buddy ! Really helpful !
Doesn't he work at Titan's shop now?
I do it’s crazy to look back on an old video I made on a weekend and see someone comment this!
Yea it's dope
Thank you
Good video but lets be real if your blue collar doesnt have oil on it you either did it wrong or didnt do it yourself! Just speaking facts
Can you please tell me the ptogram editing procedure on citizen swiss lathe
But why doesn’t anybody have stars they smoke tsungami, no mid program editor, or solo head mode for sketchy setups, and Citizen terrible control. Fanuc ftw, again no midprogram editing, and Tornos don’t get me started. Talk about a burr nightmare with the regidity on nasty material. Swiss should run inconel lights out if it’s setup properly.
I see why titans picked you up.
Very nice walk-through of the tool setting process. Very helpful for our team as our ARNO Fast Change system becomes more popular. Great video!
Thanks a lot for sharing knowledge.
When i tried to run G71 Cycle . It's not working showing error .. improper use of g code.... sry for my bad english.. pls hlp me
He came a long way To titans of cnc
Thank you! It’s been an insane journey for me
Thanks a lot!!! Lets say the machine stopped and i want to left the tools that facing the stoke how can i do that? Go to prepration and what?
Go to manual(handle) move z out a bit, go to prepare, hit cutoff and st position then coolant, when you see hnd ****, hold down cutoff and hit the start button
Pls share full setting video
Sir,any indian distributor here in Coimbatore?
Omg you are on titans of cnc
I am!
What is LFV?
Hft on stars acb plus on tornos it’s and oscillation cycle while turning
@@El_Indio_Juan_Diego_ Huh?
What I meant was, Haas , and others Only show the computer inputs, Not the mechanical side, they ASSUME everyone knows how!!, us 'Amateurs ' don't, we drool over these multi million dollar machines, and the people who drive them.
Great video, nice that you showed us the blank turret process, as most people don't show skills from a beginner perspective.
If you follow these instructions you never will be set up guy
This guy works for Titans of CNC now lol
How can it feed while holding it? Feels like it would wear on the collet
It's a swiss lathe. What you see the material feeding through is called the guide bushing, which is just tight enough to support the material while letting it feed through. The actual headstock and collet clamping the material is behind that, inside the machine.
cool!
Can you do a video on how to change the filter please?
you mean the air filter that is below operation panel? the plastic lid can be removed with just hands, change the filter a pop it right back in, that's it.
Is the L20 same as A20?
Only difference is, you can produce longer parts on an L20.
Great! Can you give me the full version M, G code of Miyano BNA42
More please😀
Need to do some L32 vids
Great video. I love it! Thank you for sharing this information.
Más videos de citizen a20
I work also on A20, it's incredibly stable, it's amazing how you could start it and turn your back and just go.. i could rate this mashine on 7 stars because the work it does..hello from Germany 👋
In all my years of prgramming all kinds of machines, the Swiss style might have been the most fun as a contract programmer.
I like them the most as well. So many ways to process a part the possibilities are endless
How do i convert tool dimension to standart? Any formula?
Pls upload more videos like this
I feel sorry for anyone using a FANUC control on a Citizen machine. We have 14 Citizen machines at my shop from 12MM to 32MM. Some are A machines some are L machines. We have ONE that has a FANUC control, the rest use Citizen Cincom controls. The Cincom makes it SO MUCH easier to set up a machine VS the FANUC.

Can you also give a programming video. I'm trying to figure this machine out at my work.
Hello friend, I need to mount the rotary system on a L20, could you help me?
What do you mean? Are you talking about a Live tool?
Hay quá, giờ mới biết có máy tiện như thế này, tôi là người Việt Nam
That's amazing, very impressed. How do you program the text engraving?
I use Esprit for any CAM work i need to do. The rest I program out by hand
@@dynamicmachineuniversity2318 Oh OK thanks, I usually work on tornos bechler Deco 10's. I'm just learning Citizen machines now, k12, k16 types.
@@EPICRANDOMGUY02 Those are cool little machines for sure!
@@dynamicmachineuniversity2318 Yeah I quite like them, also got and older ENC 75

Hey Donny, great video. Do you think you'd be able to record a video on switching over to chucker mode (guide bushingless mode)?
I was just wondering how many people had bought a machine like this, but we're unable to use it until they found this video?
People who are experienced in running these don't watch UA-cam videos to know how to use it. It's a niche artform much like extrusions.
Is it not possible to probe these tools somehow? This seems like a lot of effort compared to a “normal” lathe with a tool setter
There are so many different types of tool stations that can be applied to the citizen machines with so many different stick out lengths. To make a probing system like a normal lathe would be very expensive because several would be needed for the different tool types for each spindle. Believe me I have thought that for years now for setting these things up
@@dynamicmachineuniversity2318 youd think they could make a thing that goes in the spindle with a tool setter sticking out where the stock would be
@@PetesShredder That could maybe work but there are a ton of different holders and options that go in these swiss machines that would make it hard and not cost effective to do. Once you practice it a few times its not so bad.
@@dynamicmachineuniversity2318 yeah and you would have to get it straight and level too. I’m imagining a bit of ground diameter with a four pad tool setter sticking out the end like our mazaks have
@@PetesShredder That would be sweet
Very good video! Thank you!
Very similar to a Tsugami. Thanks for the video i enjoyed it.
