"I'm 24 and I'm mad"
Stew Calling Out Everything..LOL. I Love Stew!
"He's reading this!" 5:13 has to be the funniest way to kill a moment
Vi a The Police en Barcelona en 2007, jamas estuve mas entusiasmado y emocionado por verlos juntos de nuevo, fue fantastico e irrepetible....!!!
What can you say? Three old friends having fun and taking the p*** a bit. Late 70’s, early 80’s new wave / rock n and roll (and the sort of reggae thing they did.) Plus the ‘Oh yes, I’m 24 and I’m angry’ ... Great stuff … if you are of a certain age, or hopefully any age.
Ain’t no one gonna talk about how accurate Andy’s tone is live compared to the album
C sharp minor
I was truly the luckiest Police fan alive. I attended this set at the Whisky a go-go and stood elbow to elbow with Quest -Love of all people and we all rocked our minds off during this unbelievable mini concert to announce their tour. I am in this video several times when they pan to the crowd. It was unreal and I will never every forget it. I told my wife it will be mentioned in my eulogy as one of the most incredible experiences of my life. The Police are the total real deal, uber influential to so many artists that most younger listeners haven't a clue. ENJOY !!!!
Zenyatta Mondatta is my favorite Police album.
Andy Summers is a great guitar 🎸 player.
Terrible vocal performance. Shockingly poor
My British-American Rocker Babes!! Sting 🇬🇧, Stewart 🇺🇸, & Andy 🇬🇧! 💘
4:50 el TERRIBLE rulo de batería de Stewart mientras discuten 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This was a morning show, awsome.
Funny how he shouted out F sharp minor when it was actually your d chord ha ha
Awesome! Raw version but hard Police style! Rules! 💥🤘👏😎🔥Regards from Peru.
This is in a little night club. Real rock and roll
Andy, you need to stand up to Sting. As much as I respect his obvious musical talents, he was wrong on this one and you were right.
It's good that Andy is using his clone of his old modded Telecaster here(with the pre-amp boost).
He was full of it Stewart. Such energy.
I saw them at Staples in 07- they were Stings backup band and they were NOTHING like they once were thank you GORDON
Sting is sickening. It’s NOT YOUR BAND YOU SELF CENTERED POS
The more Sting’s popularity grew, the more pompous and arrogant he became. Maybe he’s just really bad at hiding his ideal of self-importance, but I find him utterly unwatchable.
My favorite version
First show in Vancouver was a bit sloppy by their standards. But a week or two later, they were firing on all cylinders.
ese bataco 🤤
this song touches my heart in many ways. it reminds me of guitar hero with my brothers waiting for them finish their song so i can play this one and barracuda!! love this song ❤ sending out an sos for the lonely people on the world, sending big hugs.. not a message in a bottle but with the heart.
Brilliant, love regatta da blanc within this song . Amazing
Fun to hear an underproduced, cleaner version. You can even hear Stewart coming in on the backvocals.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Maaaan.. That Copeland can drum...... Pure jazz drumming.
Thank god this was the rehearsal.
Au pied de sting ,il y a un agent de sécurité, une barre noire cache son visage , mais filmé sous un autre angle on voit très bien la personne !😂
I knew of Sting as a solo artist, growing up I wasn’t a fan I thought his solo work was kinda dry and tamed. However when he’s with The Police he’s more electric in punk rocker way playing with two badass musicians. They bring out a better side of him in my opinion.
Compared to how they were in 1983 they never even managed to get out of 1st gear.
Year before his last before aging really started kicking in.
to sound like Stewart Copeland :) ua-cam.com/video/Qbk7ndy09vo/v-deo.html
Sting is wearing a beret and fishnet sleeves. He's a bigger queen than I am.
I believe that if the Police were to do this all again...if they did it a certain way, they would probably top their reunion tour.
Un'altro tour dei Police prima di andare in pensione sarebbe fantastico.
Andy highly underrated very good guitar player Copeland my all-time favorite drummer
steward is awesome, set lists are for wimps
sting's voice is gone
Stewart is a great drummer but the problem is that he is two self servant the point is to serve the song not your self sometimes I understand sting when he gets annoyed when Stewart is all over the place
Turn on my V.C.R. Same one I've had for years James Brown on the Tammy show Same tape I've had for years I sit in my old car Same one I've had for years Old battery's running down It ran for years and years Turn on the radio The static hurts my ears Tell me where would I go I ain't been out in years Turn on the stereo It's played for years and years An Otis Redding song It's all I own When the world is running down You make the best of what's still around When the world is running down You make the best of what's still around Plug in my M.C.I To excercise my brain Make records on my own Can't go out in the rain Pick up the telephone I've listened here for years No one to talk to me I've listened here for years When the world is running down You make the best of what's still around When the world is running down You make the best of what's still around When I feel lonely here Don't waste my time with tears I run 'Deep Throat' again It ran for years and years Don't like the food I eat The cans are running out Same food for years and years I hate the food I eat When the world is running down You make the best of what's still around When the world is running down You make the best of what's still around When the world is running down You make the best of what's still around When the world is running down You make the best of what's still around
If I had it my way, not only would The Police do another reunion tour, but make it bigger and better than their last tour. And by that, I mean a longer duration, say a 3-4 year tour with breaks in between each leg, play more shows and focus STRICTLY on playing arenas and stadium's. AND, have a FIXED setlist in the exact same song order throughout the entire tour so it's fair game for all fans in terms of who hears what songs, and no opening act(s) so they can play more songs and have 2 sets with an intermission in between. Also, add some sort of theme in the jumbo tron and maybe introductory videos for extra hype. The sad thing is, this is all 99.9% likely NEVER to happen, and is simply just wishful thinking 😔
Setlist would be: Set 1: 1. Message in a Bottle. 2. Synchronicity II. 3. Spirits in the Material World. 4. Demolition Man. 5. Walking On the Moon. 6. Voices Inside My Head / Behind My Camel / When the World Is Running Down, You Make the Best of Whats Still Around. 7. Don't Stand So Close to Me. 8. Driven to Tears. 9. Hole in My Life. 10. Truth Hits Everybody. 11. Every Little Thing She Does is Magic. 12. Wrapped Around Your Finger. Intermission. Set 2: 13. Bring on the Night. 14. The Beds Too Big Without You. 15. Murder by Numbers. 16. De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da. 17. Invisible Sun. 18. Walking in Your Footsteps. 19. Can't Stand Losing You / Reggatta de Blanc. 20. Roxanne. Encore: 21. King of Pain. 22. So Lonely. 23. Every Breath You Take. Encore 2: 24. Next to You (with Shadows in the Rain outtro). Now if only all 3 members committed to that exact setlist for the entire tour then it'd make the gigs pretty straightforward for them. But in particular, if only Sting was willing.
Stewart kinda sounds like my music teacher
